Cordie offers significant expertise in leadership training and team development. We are also licensed to undertake a range of behavioural profiling assessments on behalf of clients.
Team Development
- The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is used to assess personality preferences among team members and facilitate working relationships and dynamics.
Managing Conflict
- Team members are profiled using the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument. This provides guidance on how to manage conflict together with methods of meditation and resolution.
Leading Change
- Builds change management capability through the application of proven change methodology combined with underpinning psychology which can be used to gain momentum and overcome barriers.
Leading with Emotional Intelligence
- Individuals are profiled in relation to leadership traits. These are developed through one-to-one coaching.
